The college was founded in November, 1979. It was started with the object of imparting modern education to the students in a manner that conserves their religion, language, script and culture. The school is owned and managed by “The Catholic Diocese of Lucknow”, a charitable religious society.
This institution is situated in Lakhimpur Kheri a district of Uttar Pradesh in the Lucknow division. It is equipped with laboratories, classrooms, a library, badminton courts, table-tennis, basketball and volleyball courts and extensive playgrounds for football, hockey, cricket with athletics, and a computer lab.
The school students become members of one of the following four houses –
St Don Bosco (red)
St Patrick (green)
St Dominic Savio (yellow)
St Francis (blue)
Throughout the year inter-house events are organised, such as sports and social work. The house with the best performance in all the events is awarded the Best House Trophy at the end of the year.
